Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder and mission requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using Markdown
- Develop user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with structured formats such as Given/When/Then
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, UX specialists, and product managers throughout the Agile development lifecycle
- Review and validate AI-generated code and outputs for accuracy and alignment with requirements and standards
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to support PRD-to-code workflows and establish proper context, constraints, and output expectations
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve product delivery processes
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders into rapid product iterations
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential integration
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting Agile software development as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- 2+ years using AI-assisted coding or product design tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts, including role, context, constraints, and output formatting
- Working knowledge of Agile practices, Markdown, and Git-based workflows
- Ability to review basic code syntax, understand API integrations, and communicate effectively with technical teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or suitability/fitness determination
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining AI-specific performance measures such as hallucination thresholds or latency targets
- Supporting AI-assisted PRD-to-code workflows and establishing development rules and constraints
- Conducting structured reviews and validation of AI-generated code
- Incorporating multidisciplinary feedback into rapid iterations
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
