  • Demonstrated experience leading configuration management, change control, deployment coordination, release governance, or baseline management for complex cloud, software, or mission systems.
  • Experience developing CM and release plans, facilitating approval reviews, coordinating multiple environments, and managing deployment and rollback documentation.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps workflows, Jira, Confluence, Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD, artifact management, branching, automated testing, and promotion pipelines.
  • Ability to understand complex technical dependencies and impose clear, auditable control without obstructing delivery.
