InDev is seeking an experienced hands-on Technical Project Manager (TPM), with a software engineering background, to lead federal IT projects. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, technical proficiency and execution skills.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.


• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations throughout development and execution, analyzing timelines and key activities that could impact timelines.


• Leverage technical expertise to manage critical issues to protect project timelines and costs, driving consensus and compromise among government and partner resources.


• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals.


• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage sprint activities in tools like Jira.


• Provide executive briefings and presentations to Government leadership and C-suite stakeholders.


• Provide guidance for adhering to government compliance processes (e.g. SDLC, ITSM, SLM, ATT, ATO, ITSR) and document creation.


• Become a trusted advisor to the government by delivering complex technical projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.


• 7+ years’ experience, minimum 3 years managing Federal IT projects.


• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.


• Experience with Jira and Confluence.


• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.


• Hands-on experience in software development.


• Demonstrated success leading SaaS platform (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Power Platform), Data Integration and Analytics platform (e.g., Palantir), and/or DevSecOps implementations.


• Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.


• Expert presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.


• Experience in creating and managing project schedules.


• Experience managing requirements.

NICE TO HAVES

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


• Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM).


• Experience with government ATO process.

Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS Clearance, DoD Top Secret Clearance, or Q-level Clearance.
