Job Description
Position Title : Program Manager
Location : MacDill AFB, FL
Clearance required : Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of award (interim TS or TS/SCI is not acceptable).
Scope of Work: Serves as the primary liaison between CENTCOM and contractor management, providing strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to align the public affairs support program with CCPA mission priorities.

Scope of Work: Serves as the primary liaison between CENTCOM and contractor management, providing strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to align the public affairs support program with CCPA mission priorities.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop comprehensive program strategies aligned with CENTCOM objectives, with defined scope, milestones, and timelines, and establish standard operating procedures.
- Allocate and manage contractor personnel, budgets, and resources; oversee scheduling, tasking, recruitment, and performance improvement.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans for mission-critical scenarios.
- Serve as the central point of contact with CENTCOM leadership, providing briefings and program performance reports.
- Implement quality control measures and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Support emergent 24/7 surge operations in response to crises or CCPA Director directives.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance at time of award.
- U.S. citizenship; fluent English.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive program management experience leading complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale contract workforces of 40+ personnel in high-tempo operational environments.
- Experience with strategic communication planning, media operations, and content production, including photo/video production planning.
- Proven ability to navigate U.S. military structure, culture, and terminology; strong leadership, briefing, and critical-thinking skills.
