Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Combat Systems Analyst to join our team working in the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Aegis Readiness Major Program Manager/Deputy Major Program Manager (MPM/DMPM) in developing briefs to Senior Naval leadership on a wide variety of Aegis combat system fleet readiness issues with minimal oversight/guidance
- Attend high-level briefings and taking detailed notes for later briefings to the MPM/DMPM on fleet combat systems issues
- Maintain a schedule of upcoming combat systems fleet readiness related briefings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of Navy fleet experience as a US Navy officer
- Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff as well as senior leadership.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
