We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who is committed to driving team success, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an on call role with work schedule operations Sunday-Friday 8PM-6:30AM; these hours are subject to change. Ideal candidate will come from a leadership background who is able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.
This role is an ONSITE role in Fort Huachuca, AZ, must be local to area to be considered.

JOB DUTIES:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all team service level agreements are consistently met
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall team performance
- Communicate effectively with departments, stakeholders, and leadership
- Manage time recording and time keeping requirements
- Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a goal-driven approach

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience; Years of experience in Lieu of degree to be reviewed.
- Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making capability
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members
- Must have SIPR Access
- Availability for 24x7 on-call support
- Ability to work a 9+ hour shift
- Subject matter expertise with AESMP, including reports and lists, dashboards, accounts, and related functions
Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
