Tria Federal is seeking a Project Manager III to lead day-to-day execution of the BUMED N10D Optimization and Transformation task order.
- Hybrid position: approximately 10% on-site / 90% remote
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Opportunity is contingent upon contract award
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Lead daily task-order planning, execution, and coordination.
- Organize and direct analytics, policy, process-improvement, force-development, and operational activities.
- Manage schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, staffing, and performance.
- Coordinate Monthly Analytics Report Cards, Monthly Progress Reports, annual deliverables, and recurring Government reviews.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical products and services.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, working groups, executive briefings, conferences, and action tracking.
- Integrate work across analysts, policy personnel, communications staff, and technical specialists.
- Monitor workload, priorities, and surge requirements.
- Maintain communication with N10D leadership and the Program Manager.
- Ensure corrective actions and Plans of Action and Milestones are tracked through closure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree required.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience managing complex Federal, healthcare, analytics, or transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and required Government system access.
- Excellent writing, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience and Background
- BUMED, Navy Medicine, Defense Health Agency, or Military Health System experience.
- Experience managing analytics, policy, healthcare transformation, or readiness programs.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management System 2 and Navy Medicine operating environments.
