Tria Federal is seeking a Performance Management/Metric Analyst II to provide intermediate-level readiness analytics, performance management, dashboarding, and process-improvement support to BUMED N10D.
- Hybrid position: approximately 10% on-site / 90% remote
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Opportunity is contingent upon contract award
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and track performance metrics, service-level measures, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data from multiple mission systems.
- Conduct statistical trend, queue-aging, cycle-time, workload/capacity, variance, threshold/exception, and root-cause analyses.
- Identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, correlations, and key drivers affecting medical readiness.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive business-intelligence dashboards and recurring reports.
- Generate executive summaries, readiness products, and optimization recommendations.
- Perform data validation and support data-quality governance.
- Partner with project managers and technical teams to assess workflows and recommend improvements.
- Support authorized automation and legacy-data migration activities where qualified.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–12 years of relevant analytics, performance-management, healthcare, or business-intelligence experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing KPIs and dashboards.
- Experience conducting root-cause and trend analyses.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and business rules.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and required Government system access.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive healthcare and readiness information.
Preferred Experience and Background
- Military Health System or Navy Medicine analytics experience.
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAS, MDR/M2, MHS GENESIS, or similar data environments.
- Experience with readiness, LIMDU, DES, IMR, EDIS, suitability, or accessions data.
