We are seeking a dynamic Site Facilities Operations Manager to lead the operations of our Microelectronics Center (MEC) in Nashua, NH.
Role Summary
The Site Facilities Operations Manager provides strategic oversight for a fast-paced, 110,000-square-foot facility supporting critical manufacturing, engineering, and research spaces. Operating across multiple shifts with over 200 occupants, the MEC requires a leader who ensures the site operates safely and efficiently to enable the delivery of exceptional products to our customers.
Leading a highly skilled team of seven facility professionals, you will operate as part of a broader national facilities organization, leveraging central project management and strategic planning resources to drive productivity, maintain compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Site Management
- Daily Operations: Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all infrastructure are maintained in a safe, accessible state for 24/7/365 operations.
- Critical Systems Management: Oversee comprehensive building services, including water processing systems (wastewater pH adjustment, arsenic treatment, and deionized water plants) to meet strict production specifications.
- Technical Oversight: Maintain working knowledge and oversight of:
- Johnson Control (legacy Simplex) Addressable Fire Alarm and Unitary Fire Suppression Systems (CO2/FE200 and VESDA).
- Siemens Building Automation Systems.
- Sensidyne Hazardous Gas Detection Systems.
- Emergency Management: Serve as the Incident Commander for Emergency Response/Incident Management teams and provide leadership for the Business Continuity Program.
- Budgetary Control: Develop and execute multi-year capital plans and annual expense budgets.
- Efficiency: Drive cost savings and productivity gains through the implementation of proactive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Sustainability: Lead local sustainability initiatives and goals to align with corporate environmental strategies.
- Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of exempt and non-exempt personnel.
- Talent Management: Oversee departmental staffing, training, and professional development to ensure the team remains agile and responsive to business requirements.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Site Executives, Lab Managers, and functional leads in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Security, IT, and Finance.
- Project Integration: Collaborate with Project Managers on plant rearrangements, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure all projects meet operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Management Expertise: Proven experience in facilities engineering management with a demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in high-stakes environments.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience in capital planning and budget management.
- Vendor Management: Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and external vendor contracts.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership and external suppliers.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and implement complex processes and systems within strict budget and schedule constraints.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize modern technology and engineering principles to design and implement facility improvements.
