Visits & Engagements Staff Officer

The Opportunity:

Be responsible for coordinating internal site functions and major events, including providing support to the working level through high-ranking visitors, and coordinating distinguished visitor tours. Manage all aspects of the visits, including coordinating briefs, agendas, tours, and conference rooms and ensuring leadership is briefed on upcoming visits on a regular basis. Con firm photographic and video opportunities for the visitor and their supporting party while visiting. Ensure standard operating procedures are kept current and program documents are available to team members. Collaborate with senior leaders, mission partners, team members, and other s to develop strategic plans for visits and major events. Provide direct operations and administrative support to leadership, including issuing parking passes, conducting or coordinating data transfer requests, and supporting research, ad-hoc projects, and other administrative functions.

You Have:

• Experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address office-level requirements and execute senior level e nga gements
• Experience performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical and technical reports, and maintaining hard and sof t copy files
• Experience creating and maintaining databases, summary data, and spreadsheets
• Experience with verbal and written communication and coordination, effectively working with individuals at all levels
• Experience using standard business application sof tware for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets to interrelate and present data effectively and briefing senior leadership on priority issues
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience working with senior leaders and managing executive e nga gements, or 12+ years of experience working with senior leaders and managing executive e nga gements in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
