PRISM is seeking a DoW Personnel & Readiness Analytics SME. This is a hybrid position with an on site preference of 1 to 2 times per week in Arlington, VA.

- PhD
- 15 years of experience or more
- Data analysis and evaluation experience
- DoW Experience (P&R Preferred)
- Human performance experience preferred
