The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Center for Analytics program at the Department of State, focusing on technical writing, program coordination, and communications. This role will review and draft policy papers, memos, talking points, and decision papers-translating technical, policy, and operational content into clear, actionable language for senior leadership and external stakeholders. The role will include coordinating and preparing materials for critical briefings and meetings and supporting broader organizational priorities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews of policy papers, briefing materials, and official correspondence to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with messaging before submission to senior principals.
- Draft concise, well-structured documents such as memos, talking points, and decision papers that effectively communicate complex issues to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Translation of technical, policy, or operational content into clear, actionable language for decision-makers.
- Technical reviews of generated materials to adhere to required organization standards.
- Monitor and manage of clearance timelines to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and policy advisors to gather input, clarify content, and incorporate feedback to produce polished, accurate documents for leadership review.
- Coordinate and prepare for critical briefings and meeting materials and contributions to management of the overall organizational priorities.
Position Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in delivering communications and analyst services to clients.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- A bachelor's degree.
