CNO Developer
Location: Maryland, US

REDLattice is seeking a highly skilled CNO Developer to join our team and support the design and development of custom tools and techniques for advanced Computer Network Operations.

In this role, you'll work hands-on across the software development lifecycle, building custom capabilities and developing end-to-end data flow and tasking within CNO tools. You'll collaborate with highly technical teams to take capabilities from initial design through development, integration, and software readiness.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom CNO tools, techniques, and supporting software.
  • Build and integrate end-to-end data flows and tasking into developed CNO capabilities.
  • Develop software within Windows and/or UNIX environments.
  • Apply low-level and systems programming expertise to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation supporting developed tools and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop, integrate, and refine technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Programming experience with one or more languages including Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  • Experience developing in at least one of the following environments:
    • Windows applications using Visual Studio and/or .NET environments.
    • UNIX applications using makefiles or comparable build environments.
  • Experience authoring technical documentation.
  • Experience participating in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
  • Ability to work through complex technical problems and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.
