Multi Domain Operations (MDO) Instruction Support Services- Ft Bragg, NC
Duty Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday
Purpose: To provide Special Activities training, education, materials, and instructional support services and education to Special Operations Forces (SOF), other military service personnel, and select interagency personnel to 6th BN, 2nd Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG(A)), United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS(A)).
Requirements/Qualifications:
1.6.8.2.3. Cyber Instructor (Brighton): The Contractor shall possess and be capable of the following:
1. CompTIA Security+
2. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
3. VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
4. Proficiency in networking fundamentals, protocols, and administration
5. Security Clearance: SECRET
Duties/Tasks:
5.4.6.1. Cyber Instructor (Brighton).
5.4.6.1.1. The Contractor shall participate in curriculum design activities that are accurate, relevant, realistic, and synchronized with force requirements that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5.4.6.1.2. The Contractor shall incorporate institutional strategies to ensure required graduate skill levels, knowledge, and abilities transfer from the institutional environment to the operational environment.
5.4.6.1.3. The Contractor shall update, and rewrite lesson products as required by changes in doctrine and curriculum development. All recommendations shall be provided to the Government in pursuit of, and prior to, changes to curriculum.
5.4.6.1.4. The Contractor shall follow all guidelines which include but are not limited to Department of the Army, T2C, USAJFKSWCS regulations on curriculum development, training guidance, lesson plan development, and presentation techniques for SATB courses.
5.4.6.1.5. The Contractor shall train USSOF and interagency personnel in the knowledge and skills specific to Multi Domain Operations. This includes:
1. Digital survey and reconnaissance of adversarial network systems
2. Digital Force Protection
3. Digital obfuscation
4. Operational Security (OPSEC) measures within cyberspace
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
