Technical PM Support

As a Technical PM Support with MTSI you will support senior government leaders bridging program management, systems engineering, and budget planning. The role requires strong technical acumen and direct experience in multi-domain military space systems to facilitate critical communication among engineering teams, operators, developers, testers, congressional staffers, and senior military leadership.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Multi-Domain Enterprise Integration: Synchronize program management, systems engineering, and analytical products for military space systems across multiple PAEs and acquisition PMOs. Align joint operational space challenges with program performance metrics, requirements analysis, and joint CONOPS/CONEMP.
• Technical & Budget Alignment: Apply space systems expertise to develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Program Budget Review (PBR) advocacy, ensuring technical capabilities are accurately represented to defend program resources.
• Technical Advocacy & Communications: Draft and prepare high-impact narratives, formal correspondence, and briefings that translate complex systems development and testing into compelling advocacy and coordination materials for congressional staffers and senior leaders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Support government leadership by integrating program management office technical messaging, shared understanding, and supporting documentation across analytical, development, and test teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than five (5) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
• Experience will include space technology, space architectures, air-space integration, and space control systems.
• Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
• Excellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• Masters Degree in a science, engineering, or technical field

Clearance Requirements:

• Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of.

The pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
