Position Summary
The Rotational Associate is an entry-level, part-time position designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build a broad foundation in business operations before specializing in a particular area.
The Rotational Associate will rotate through areas such as sales, customer relationship management, inventory, and administrative support while learning departmental workflows, building practical business skills, and assisting where support is needed.

Salary Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with cold calling, lead follow-up, customer outreach, and related sales activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
- Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling, filing, correspondence, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist with inventory-related tasks, tracking, organization, and coordination as needed.
- Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as business needs shift.
- Learn departmental workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, or efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers, prospects, and internal team members.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software.
Desired Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Interest in learning multiple areas of business operations, including sales, customer relationship management, inventory, and administrative support.
- Ability to work independently, ask questions, and follow through on assigned tasks.
- No prior experience required; this role is a strong fit for a recent graduate, career-changer, or individual seeking broad exposure to business operations.
