A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service:
C. You have some specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and you have more than one year but less than two years of education as described in B. As a BUDGET ANALYST at the GS-0560-7/9/11/12 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Formulates and develops assigned portion of the USTRANSCOM Transportation Working Capital Fund (TWCF) Budget.
- Responsible for executing USTRANSCOM resources for assigned program area.
- Provides financial advisory services to the USTRANSCOM senior managers, TRANSCOM Oversight Council (TOC) members, Resource Advisors (RA) and staff on all USTRANSCOM financial management matters relative to all funds received by USTRANSCOM from various sources.
- Researches appropriate regulations as well as appropriations law precedents, in consultation with legal staff, to ensure the Command's financial programs are properly developed and executed.
