Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Posting Logic Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), a large scale Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) federal financial management environment hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
This role serves as a functional SME for a financial posting logic modernization effort. Codifying Oracle EBS SLA/AutoAccounting/Account Generator rules to support the end to end Accounting Treatment Manual (ATM) framework, creating machine readable crosswalks, aligning derivations to USSGL, SFIS, and SLOA requirements, and supporting continuous compliance workflows.
This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the Continental US.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Lead design and documentation of posting logic across all DAI financial modules (B2R, P2P, O2C, A2R, TL).
. Extract, analyze, and normalize SLA, AutoAccounting, and Account Generator rule paths into consistent, machine readable structures (JSON/YAML).
. Create and maintain the authoritative Posting Logic Crosswalk and ATM used by validation microservices, dashboards, and governance workflows.
. Map DAI event classes, attributes, and accounting derivations to USSGL, SFIS, SLOA, and Treasury TFM requirements; identify mis mapped events and control breakpoints.
. Partner with DevSecOps, Validation Services Engineers, and Data Analytics teams to support compliance checks, regression tests, and RCA logic.
. Provide posting logic guidance for OCI native components and support technical alignment with rule artifacts.
. Collaborate with financial SMEs, auditors, and functional analysts to validate mapping accuracy and journal entry treatments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 5+ years experience with Oracle E Business Suite Financials (B2R, P2P, O2C, A2R, TL).
. Deep expertise with SLA, AutoAccounting, Account Generator, and accounting event derivation logic.
. Strong understanding of federal financial standards (USSGL, SFIS, SLOA, TFM) and posting requirements.
. Ability to lead cross functional collaboration with developers, analysts, auditors, and cloud engineers.
. Ability to obtain/maintain IT II Non Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Hands on experience generating rule mappings, accounting treatments, and crosswalks using PL/SQL or similar tools.
. Familiarity with JSON/YAML based rule modeling.
. Experience with audit readiness, financial compliance workflows, or rule governance pipelines.
. Strong analytical and architectural mindset with attention to detail.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and functional teams.
. Comfortable operating in structured, compliance driven federal environments.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $198,400.00.
