[About the Role] Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Finance Contractor (L4) in Camden, NJ. In this impactful role, you will leverage your expertise in Earned Value Management, project financials, and SAP/COBRA systems to drive financial integrity and operational excellence across multiple high-profile programs. You will work with minimal supervision, contribute directly to departmental goals, and have opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence process improvements. [Responsibilities] - Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) data integrity for multiple programs using COBRA and SAP tools - Forecast, analyze, and report program performance metrics (FPA), including profitability and cash flow - Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis against financial plans - Create, maintain, and update projects in SAP, ensuring EAC (Estimate at Completion) accuracy - Prepare Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR), including deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) - Develop and review variance reports in collaboration with Control Account Managers (CAM) - Establish and track program baseline budgets for performance measurement - Prepare proposal cost estimates and pricing data for moderately complex projects - Support internal and external audits for assigned programs - Deliver ad hoc financial analysis as needed - Mentor junior team members and drive improvements to systems and processes [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field - 6+ years of relevant experience (or 4+ years with a graduate degree) - Proficient with COBRA and SAP systems - Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and processes - Strong data analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis skills - Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency - Effective interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in risk management, financial management, work breakdown structures, cost estimating, and procurement - US citizenship required [Preferred Skills] - MBA or CPA - Experience in leadership development programs - Background in government contracts, funding profiles, and sales outlooks - Experience with contract types: CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP - Ability to obtain Secret security clearance - Certifications: PMP, EVMP, or similar [Benefits] - Exposure to cutting-edge financial practices and high-visibility government programs - Opportunities for skill advancement and mentorship - Collaborative and results-driven work environment - Potential for future leadership roles [How to Apply] Ready to take your financial expertise to the next level?
