Akamai Intelligence, LLC is a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO)-owned 8(a) federal government contractor. We are seeking a Project Manager to support execution of an information technology task order for the Department of Energy.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery on a DOE information technology task order, working directly with the DOE program/task manager to ensure performance meets contractual, schedule, and quality requirements. This role requires demonstrated leadership in managing IT contract performance in a federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the assigned DOE task order, ensuring deliverables meet contractual scope, schedule, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary interface with the DOE program/task manager, providing status updates, resolving issues, and aligning execution with task order requirements
• Lead and manage project staff and subcontractor resources assigned to the task order
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, and technical baselines; escalate risks and develop mitigation plans
• Prepare and deliver required contract deliverables, status reports, and performance documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal IT and contract performance standards
• Coordinate with internal corporate functions (contracts, program management, HR) to support staffing, reporting, and compliance needs of the task order
