Position Title: Palantir Foundry Application Developer
Location: Virginia (Remote)
Clearance Requirements: Secret
Pay Rate: $75.00/hour
Position Description:
Join our team as a Palantir Foundry Developer and play a crucial role in building innovative, mission-critical applications for a government client. In this full-time remote role, you will develop and configure Foundry applications, designing interactive forms, visualizations, and analytical experiences that drive operational decision-making. Collaborate with subject matter experts, data engineers, and end users to translate complex mission requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. You will also optimize data pipelines, build data models, and ensure high usability, performance, and data quality. Your expertise will support critical defense and government missions, making a meaningful impact through cutting-edge data platform development.
Top Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, application development, or related technical fields
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including developing applications, workflows, forms, and user interfaces
Strong knowledge of Foundry Ontology and data modeling for scalable applications
Proven experience building visualizations and analytical products in Foundry (Contour, Workshop)
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, validation, and querying
Experience integrating complex datasets from multiple sources and working with large-scale data environments
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions
Experience with Palantir AIP is a plus
Ability to work independently, curiosity-driven, and capable of client discovery and SME work
