Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Knowledge Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our knowledge management systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management, data analysis, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge management strategies and systems
• Create and organize content for easy retrieval and use
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and departments
• Analyze knowledge usage and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and disseminate knowledge
• Ensure compliance with knowledge management policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management or related roles
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and tools
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in collaboration tools and content management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field
• Experience with AI-driven knowledge management solutions
• Familiarity with defense or intelligence community knowledge management practices

Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret clearance required. TS/SCI clearance preferred.
