As the Aeronautical Engineer Asc Mgr - L4 you will be responsible for leading the IFG Stress Analysis team supporting F-16 and F-22 aircraft, overseeing production, modification, sustainment, repair, and field-support activities.

- Direct and prioritize structural analysis, durability, damage tolerance, and static strength work for fighter aircraft.
- Assign engineering tasks, develop personnel, and manage workload and staffing needs.
- Review technical products, support CAM and ASIP activities, and promote consistent engineering processes.
- Coordinate with design, service-life, manufacturing, quality, program, and customer organizations to deliver sound engineering decisions on schedule.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience performing or managing aircraft structural stress analysis.
- Experience leading technical teams or coordinating complex engineering work.
- Ability to review and approve engineering analyses, reports, repairs, and technical dispositions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required program access or security clearance.
Desired Skills
- F-16 or F-22 structural analysis experience.
- Experience with static strength, durability, damage tolerance, and aircraft repairs.
- Familiarity with ASIP, CAM responsibilities, fleet sustainment, and field support.
- Experience coordinating across Design, Service Life, M&P, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program organizations.
- Strong workload prioritization and employee-development skills.
- Experience working directly with customers and government organizations.
- Ability to make timely, technically defensible decisions in a high-tempo environment.

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
