Standard Job Description
F-22 Modernization is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead a segment of F-22 Capability Development Programs as Program Manager in the Sensor Systems portfolio. The individual will be responsible for deliver high impact technology to the warfighter critical to keeping the F-22 Dominant and Ready.
The Program Manager will be responsible for hardware and software development contracts from technology maturation through production
and fielding. Responsibilities include overall execution of contract requirements, cost /schedule/performance management, program office and warfighter interactions, proposal development, and product deliverables. Working individually and alongside the other F-22 Modernization Program Managers the selected individual will achieve organization objectives through the following actions:
• Lead interaction with the internal functional teams from engineering, contracting, business management, supply chain, and sustainment.
• Integrate dependencies spanning multiple contracts.
• Analyze, develop, and manage program budgets, execution schedules and technical
requirements.
• Identify, assess and manage cross portfolio risks & opportunities.
• Be accountable for behaviors consistent with leading and executing classified programs.
• Execute relevant technology maturation efforts through internal and contracted research and development (R&D).
The successful candidate will have experience in supply chain management, technical program execution and/or management experience.
Must be US Citizen with DoD Secret Security Clearance and current update. This position reports to a secured facility.
Some travel required.

- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Experience with program/project management and program integration processes; or experience with supply chain management and supplier negotiation; or experience leading development or production programs
- Business acumen experience, including negotiation and conflict management skills
- Customer Relations experience
- Experience with follow-up and closure
- Active Secret Clearance
