Description
Working with the Operations Lead and Lead Operations Research Systems Analyst provide support to the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project teams for test planning, test execution, data collection, technical documentation preparation, and translating test results into useful operational information.

Description
Working with the Operations Lead and Lead Operations Research Systems Analyst provide support to the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project teams for test planning, test execution, data collection, technical documentation preparation, and translating test results into useful operational information.
- Advising JT&E project teams developing concept of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and other guidance materials that support the rapid fielding of emerging innovative technologies, or that support utilization of existing fielded capabilities
- Supporting or leading the development of test concepts, test scenarios, test design, test products (CONOPS, TTP, etc.), identifying of and coordinating with testing venues, and the developing field-testing resource requirements
- Performing risk assessments, identifying limitations, developing mitigation strategies
- Maintaining communications (meetings, briefings, reports, etc.) with internal/external stakeholders to establish and sustain situational awareness of on-going and planned JT&E program activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related technical discipline
- Experience developing, refining, and maintaining project schedules to include allocation of resources and identification of project tasks and milestones
- 5 years of experience working with the Department of War (DoW) joint exercise processes, the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), and joint planning processes
- 5 years of experience supporting DoW programs, projects, or portfolios with supervisory duties managing contractors
- At least 5 years of experience conducting research and writing project plans
- Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Skills
- Experience with previous JT&E projects
- A relevant certification (Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), etc.)
- Master's degree in business or a related technical discipline
