Cybersecurity Analyst IAM II Intermediate

Labor Category Summary

Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for executing the following essential functions in support of contract mission.

Essential Functions

• Applies knowledge of Cyber policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment

• Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish enclave security related goals

• Supervises IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification

• Reports to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements

• Leads cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites

There is none, but the employee may coach and mentor other employees.

Professional office in which typical office equipment and information technology is used.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described must be met to perform the essential functions of the job – able to: see,

hear, and speak; repeatedly lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds; sit for extended time; use a personal computer and common peripheral devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, displays, printer).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Some travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience

o Acceptable alternative: Bachelor’s degree in other than STEM/Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects

o Acceptable alternative: Associate degree in STEM/Cyber-related field w/10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects

• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II Certification prior to accepting position – no exceptions

• eMASS Certification prior to accepting position – no exceptions

• Clearance: Secret Clearance with the eligibility for Top Secret (SOW)

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility. U.S. Citizenship is required.
