Job Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager
Location: 5 days onsite in Washington, DC
Clearance Required: Top Secret

5 years of total experience minimum
The Scrum Master will:
Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices.
Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments.
Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective.
Guide the team in estimating the team’s work.
Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality, flow, and velocity.
Identify functional requirements and create user stories.
Test developed stories and ensure application quality.
Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
Assist with data mapping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance.
Required to report to the client site in downtown Washington, DC 5 days per week.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 5 years of work experience, including internships.
Clear written communication and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team.
Must be a U.S. citizen; dual citizens and foreign nationals cannot fill this role.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA.
