Job Description
We are seeking a Platform Developer / Engineer to support identity-focused platform capabilities within Deloitte's Digital Trust & Privacy offering. This role develops, configures, integrates, and maintains identity and access management (ICAM) platform capabilities, supporting automation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across Oracle and related identity services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle and related identity services, platform engineering, and cross-functional delivery in a dynamic environment.

- Design, build, test, deploy, and support identity platform capabilities that improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Develop, configure, integrate, and maintain Oracle-based identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments
- Partner with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate technical and business requirements into platform enhancements
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes to improve availability and stability
- Contribute to documentation, standards, testing, automation, and release practices that support continuous improvement and adoption

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, identity engineering, or cloud engineering
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management or related identity services
- 2+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages used for automation or application development
- Experience with version control, build pipelines, and production support practices
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle identity integrations, connectors, or lifecycle management capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, or continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
- Experience supporting access controls, compliance requirements, or identity governance processes
- Experience working in professional services or large enterprise environments
