Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work you'll do
We are seeking a Manager to serve as the functional lead for a crisis management and preparedness client portfolio supporting multiple partners across a range of crisis-related use cases. Rather than managing a single project, this role will oversee a portfolio of concurrent efforts, helping partners identify mission needs, prioritize opportunities, and develop data-enabled solutions that strengthen preparedness, coordination, and decision-making. The Manager will bridge business stakeholders, operational leaders, data analysts, architects, and software developers to translate complex crisis preparedness requirements into practical technology solutions.
Responsibilities will include leading discovery, conducting requirements gathering, documenting business processes, translating operational needs into technical requirements, partnering with developers to deliver Proofs of Concept, and supporting adoption and transition into operational use.
The ideal candidate combines federal consulting and portfolio leadership experience with strong capabilities in operational analytics, stakeholder management, technology modernization, and change management. They will also bring experience supporting mission-critical, crisis-related efforts in complex, high-tempo environments.
