The position leads execution of supply-chain acquisition and delivery performance for all Skunk Works® programs. Primary responsibilities of this supplier facing position include:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply - Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).• 5 + years of relevant supply - chain acquisition experience, preferably in aerospace/defense or other high - tech, government - contracted environments
Active Secret clearance (mandatory).
Demonstrated financial acumen
Expertise in earned - value management (EV) and Cost Accounting Management (CAM)
Proven experience with Cost - type and Firm - Fixed - Price (FFP) contracts
Ability to negotiate and manage contracts at TINA - level
In - depth familiarity with FAR and DFARS (including applicable supplements)
Working knowledge of SAP for supply - chain planning and execution
Direct leadership of a buying team of 150+ employees (or larger)
Proven track record building, staffing, and developing high - performing global supply - chain teams
Desired Skills
Lockheed Martin buying experience
Prior work in classified settings, adhering to security protocols and handling sensitive data

Full-Time Salary Range: $180000.00 - $325000.00

- Acquisition Execution
Implement acquisition plans that support program objectives while maintaining the integrity of procurement system. - Performance Management
Oversee cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance of the complete supply base throughout development, production, and sustainment. - Leadership & Collaboration
Report to the Director, Skunk Works® Global Supply Chain (GSC); provide inputs to Director for shaping material strategies that enable new business opportunities. - Team Development
Provide end-to-end leadership of a high-performing global supply-chain team, including staffing, resource and training.
