Apex Systems has an Immediate Need for a (40% Remote) ServiceNow Developer based in the Ogden, Utah or Ft. Meade, Maryland areas !! This will be an "est. 48+ Month Contract", supporting one of our Largest DoD / Government Clients on the East Coast & Nationwide! Please See Below for all Position Details & How To Apply.

- Location: *** 2-3 Days Remote Weekly ** / Ogden, Utah or Ft. Meade, MD
- Contract Layout: "est. 48+ Month Contract"
- Contract Pay Rate: $75.00 - $125.00 / Hourly Rate ( Seniority Level Dependent )
*** REQUIREMENTS ***
- Secret Clearance Eligible
- 2-10+ Years of Experience
- Experience creating and configuring Workflows, Forms, Reports, Dashboards, Groups/Roles, and Service Catalog items.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools (e.g., Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
- Experience working with CMDB or (CM) Configuration Management.
*** JOB DESCRIPTION ***
- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow, such as Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
- Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies.
- Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
