Noblis MSD , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noblis, Inc., delivers mission-critical engineering, logistics , and sustainment solutions to the Department of Defense. We seek talented professionals to support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Code 41250, in San Diego, CA . This program sustains, maintains, and modernizes the Navy's afloat and ashore tactical network systems - including Automated Digital Network System ( ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System - Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Communications as a Service (CaaS), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Networks, Agile Core Services (ACS), Software Defined Networks (SDN), Tactical Afloat Next Generation Networks (TNGN) - ensuring fleet readiness and operational superiority across the global naval enterprise .
Noblis MSD seeks Quality Control Specialists to support the in-service engineering and sustainment of Navy afloat and ashore tactical networks . This role solves technical problems, assures that products and manufacturing/installation processes meet quality and safety standards, and tests equipment to ensure effective and safe operations. QC Specialists maintain AIT workbooks, support inspections, and ensure compliance with Government quality requirements across all work program functional areas.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Solve technical problems related to quality and safety standards for afloat and ashore tactical network platforms and associated Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems
- Assure that products and installation processes meet quality and safety standards
- Test equipment to ensure manufacturing/installation processes operate effectively and safely
- Interpret plans and drawings; contribute to design and fabrication of test specimens
- Maintain Quality Assurance ( QA ) Alteration Installation Technical (AIT) workbooks for each on-site visit
- Support the contractor's quality/inspection system per contract requirements
- Maintain quality system documentation including procedures, plans, and all necessary data
- Support internal auditing of quality systems at program and worksite services levels
- Ensure subcontractors possess commensurate quality assurance and control programs
- Collect, analyze, and report metrics from work program functional areas for root cause reliability and QA
- Support Government quality assurance oversight and inspections
- Prepare shop drawings for model construction using computer-aided drafting (CAD)
Required Qualifications
