Location
Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Role Description
This is a full-time position at an on-site government facility, contingent on winning a 5-year contract. Anticipated start date is 30 December 2026.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, acquisition and contract management, program management support, and other related workload requirements associated with the acquisition and administration of awarded contracts.

• This is an on-site government facility work assignment.
• Work hours - Monday to Friday - 0730 to 1600.
• Workdays will include a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. Every effort should be made to schedule a 30-minute lunch break between the hours of 1100 and 1300.
• All federal holidays paid
• Two weeks PTO (after six months of work) per year
• Qualification Package required by the government: The packet shall consist of a resume, physical examination certificate, proof of required vaccinations, tuberculosis screening, diploma/degree, and any specialty job-related documents or certification as required. Packets may be conditionally approved, pending receipt of remaining medical documentation prior to the start of work; however they must contain the following required documentation prior to employment; TB and drug test results, Basic Life Support training card, and Certification.

Essential Requirements
• A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field, that includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience serving as a Federal government and/or contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst.
• Must be DAWIA Contracting Level I certified (graduate level education may be substituted for years of experience or DAWIA Contracting Level I certification).
• Knowledge of the federal acquisition process.
• Knowledge of contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures.
• Knowledge of methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
• Familiarity with price and cost analysis principles.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
• U.S. Citizen
• Secret clearance or higher
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Desirable attributes:
• Fluent in a second language would be a plus.
