Special conditions include strict federal base access approvals (DBIDS), entirely contractor-furnished logistics (post-storm environment), and air-freighted field operations with no initial barge dependencies.
All logistics and accommodations provided.

• Supports contract definitization into a firm-fixed-price repair scope.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Federal/DoD contingency, emergency response, or disaster recovery contracts.
• Must pass US Government background screening for base access approval (DBIDS).

US Naval Facilities Specifics
