Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic team developing mission-critical software solutions that support government and defense-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern software applications.
Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Develop and enhance data-driven applications and tools that support operational and analytical objectives.
Participate in software architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
Research and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Demonstrate completed solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into future development efforts.
Work within Agile development environments and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as:
Python
JavaScript
TypeScript

Experience developing applications using modern frameworks and technologies such as:
React, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy
Experience building, integrating, and maintaining web-based applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing intuitive user interfaces and data visualization solutions.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevSecOps, or modern software deployment practices.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Industry certifications such as Scrum, Microsoft, Google, AWS, or other relevant technical certifications.
Portfolio, GitHub repository, or examples of previous software development work.
