Cellular Radio Frequency Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cellular Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cellular radio frequency systems, with a focus on 5G and LTE technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of RF engineering principles, signal processing, and network optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement cellular RF systems for various applications.
• Analyze and optimize RF performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into broader systems.
• Conduct field tests and measurements to validate system performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF-related issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cellular RF engineering.
• Proven experience with 5G and LTE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of RF principles, including antenna theory, propagation, and signal processing.
• Experience with RF simulation tools and measurement equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with network planning and optimization tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the defense or government sector.

Clearance Requirement:
This position requires an active Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Work Location:
This position is based at our facility in Patrick AFB, FL. Travel may be required for project needs.
