We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automating deployment pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance and implement solutions to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and resolve production issues.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in all infrastructure and code deployments.
- Maintain and update documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
