- Monitor and maintain network systems and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Implement security measures and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure system availability
- Document network configurations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in network operations or system administration
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
