Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network systems and infrastructure
- Investigate and resolve network issues and outages
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure network availability and performance
- Document network configurations and changes
- Provide technical support to users and other IT staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in network operations or related IT roles
- Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Security+
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
