Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber threat intelligence, analysis, and mitigation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber threats, attack methodologies, and the ability to develop and implement effective countermeasures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber threats and vulnerabilities to identify potential risks to our systems and networks.
• Develop and maintain threat intelligence databases and dashboards to track and monitor emerging threats.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Create and deliver threat intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for improving security posture and mitigating identified threats.
• Stay current with the latest cyber threat trends, tools, and techniques through continuous learning and research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or a related security role.
• Proven experience with threat intelligence platforms and tools such as Splunk, AlienVault, and FireEye.
• Strong understanding of cyber attack methodologies, including APTs, malware, and phishing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Clearance: Secret clearance required.

Remote Work: This position may be eligible for remote work options, subject to company policy and management approval.
