Standard Job Description
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of manufacturing scope of work within the Owego, NY factory across the Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW) market segment portfolio. Focused on Control Account Management (CAM) competencies and strengthening our talent base in Manufacturing Program Management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates manufacturing scope and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving production operations problems.

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence/lead people
- Understand lean manufacturing concepts and flow
- Ability to work cross-funactionally
- Earned value and financial management experience
- Proposal Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivelant experience/combined education with 10+ years of professional experiece; or 8 years of professional experience with a related masters degree

- SAP/COS experience & skills
- CAM Certified

- Green or Black Belt certified
