Training and Adoption Specialist

The Training and Adoption Specialist will support user readiness and technology adoption initiatives through the development and delivery of training programs, user documentation, and communication efforts associated with new technology deployments.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure user readiness and adoption of new technologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Create user guides and documentation to support knowledge management efforts.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Assist with communications and change management activities to support successful business transitions for deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
• Master's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
• Relevant professional certification and four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
Relevant experience includes:
• Developing training materials
• Conducting user training
• Supporting technology adoption initiatives
Required Certifications
Candidates must possess one of the following:
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
• Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)
Preferred Qualifications
• One (1) year of experience supporting a DoD or DHS environment.
