Job Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the customer's Agile team, joining daily coordination with technical leads, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Review the Teamcenter work backlog, size up technical complexity, help set priorities, and complete items in the order the customer directs.
• Build, configure, customize, and troubleshoot Teamcenter, including:
  • Server-side customization, BMIDE data model changes, and deployment packages
  • ITK exits, handlers, utilities, and batch processing
  • SOA services and integrations
  • Rich Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC) customization
  • Workflow configuration and workflow handler development
  • Access Manager, organization, preferences, and queries
  • Dispatcher, TCCS/FMS, and translation services
• Review existing AWC and Teamcenter customizations for upgrade compatibility, identify what needs rework, and make the fixes.
• Support deployment, testing, defect fixes, and stabilization in lower environments during upgrade work.
• Investigate defects, find root causes, document findings, and put lasting fixes in place.
• Support PLM business processes such as document management, change management, product structure/BOM, workflow, and access control.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, deployment steps, configuration guides, test evidence, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Run unit tests and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing; fix issues found along the way.
• Provide a weekly written status report covering completed work, work in progress, next steps, risks, dependencies, and backlog progress.
• Coordinate with the customer's engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Follow the customer's coding standards, branching strategy, change control, and review/approval processes.
• Protect sensitive information, work only in approved environments and tools, and handle credentials only through approved secrets management processes.

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter development and configuration experience
• Experience with BMIDE, ITK (C/C++), and SOA services
• Experience customizing Active Workspace (AWC) and/or the Rich Client (RAC)
• Experience configuring workflows and developing workflow handlers
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter administration areas such as Access Manager, preferences, queries, Dispatcher, and FMS
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working on Agile teams and using version control (e.g., Git)
• Clear written communication, including technical documentation and status reporting
• Ability to work under strict security, change control, and export control requirements

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Teamcenter and AWC version upgrades, including customization retrofit work
• Experience supporting PLM processes such as change management, BOM/product structure, and document management
