• Conduct penetration testing and red team activities against authorized targets.
• Develop and execute tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) supporting offensive cyber missions.
• Analyze systems, networks, protocols, and applications to identify potential attack vectors.
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of offensive cyber capabilities.
• Conduct technical analysis of cyber targets and potential vulnerabilities.
• Apply knowledge of adversary TTPs and attack methodologies to cyber operations.
• Utilize scripting and programming to automate technical tasks and support mission requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with cyber operators, intelligence analysts, engineers, developers, and other mission partners.
• Perform all activities in accordance with applicable legal authorities, policies, and operational directives.

Required Qualifications

• Active NSA TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) — REQUIRED
• Experience supporting offensive cyber operations within NSA, DoD, or the Intelligence Community.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
◦ Offensive Cyber Operations

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, operating systems, and network architecture.
• Experience identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in systems, networks, or applications.
• Knowledge of offensive cyber TTPs and attack methodologies.
• Experience with offensive security, exploitation, or penetration-testing tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-tempo, highly classified mission environment.

Highly Desired

• Previous experience directly supporting NSA cyber missions.
• Exploit development or advanced vulnerability research experience.
• Malware analysis or reverse-engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, C/C++, or similar programming/scripting languages.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary tradecraft.
• Experience developing or modifying offensive cyber tools or capabilities.
• Relevant technical certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, GXPN, GPEN, CEH, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent technical training.

Location / Relocation

This position supports an on-site mission at or near Fort Meade, Maryland.
Candidates who do not currently reside within commuting distance of Fort Meade should be prepared to provide their estimated relocation timeframe.

Clearance Requirement

Candidates must already possess an active NSA TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph.
This is an immediate staffing requirement. Candidates who do not currently possess the required clearance cannot be considered for this opportunity.
