- Designing, building, testing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for business use cases
- Developing data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model integration processes across structured and unstructured data sources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate solution options, and deliver production-ready outputs
- Applying statistical analysis, model development, and experimentation techniques to improve decision-making and operational outcomes
- Supporting model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation activities across the solution lifecycle

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
- 1+ years of experience of hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry
- Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be able to maintain it for the duration of employment and assignment
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience developing front-end solutions in Foundry, including Workshop applications, operational workflows, or user-facing applications.
- Familiarity with Palantir's AI-enabled capabilities and ability to apply them to business or client needs.
- Strong Python proficiency, including the ability to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain technical solutions.
- Solid foundation in software development, data engineering, or application development beyond low-code configuration.
- Palantir AI Engineer or Application Developer certification, and experience with Tableau, Qlik, or other data-visualization platforms.
