Work You'll Do
- Deloitte seeks a SOC Analyst to support the client monitoring program by conducting security monitoring, alert triage, and threat detection across client networks, systems, and mission data.
- This role is responsible for investigating security events across multiple platforms, analyzing and correlating telemetry from diverse log sources and network sensors, validating potential threats, and reporting risk to mission stakeholders in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SOC tools, incident workflows, and basic threat hunting, and can assist with root cause analysis, documentation, and development of actionable indicators of compromise (IOCs) to strengthen detections.
- Under SOC leadership, the Consultant will execute playbooks, help tune detection content and SOC technologies, contribute to runbook and use case improvements, and track evolving attacker TTPs to support emerging threat coverage while collaborating effectively with Army stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery counterparts

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be able to work 5 days a week onsite in Huntsville, AL.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2+ years of experience within the following:
