Production Technician - Beading

Pflugerville, TX
Pay
$18/hour + DOE
Schedule
12-hour shifts; 8am-8pm Thurs-Sat & Every Other Wed -OR- Sun -Tues & Every Other Wednesday
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Technician to perform beading operations and support the production process while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
• Perform beading and related production processes according to work instructions
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow documented procedures, specifications, and safety requirements
• Record production information and report issues to leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Qualifications
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with beading or similar production processes is helpful
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and production equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and every other Wednesday
