Kelly is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a hybrid opportunity with Bausch + Lomb in Bridgewater, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who understands the fundamentals behind payroll-not simply how to enter information into a system. We're looking for someone who can confidently review timecards, identify discrepancies, reconcile payroll data, research employee pay issues, and work closely with internal teams and third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
The position is expected to convert to a permanent Bausch + Lomb employee after approximately 6 months, based on performance and business needs. Upon conversion, compensation can be reevaluated and the position will be eligible for the company's annual bonus program.
