BAE Systems Inc. is looking for a Project Analyst to join our team for an opportunity supporting the Automated Fuels Program. The selected candidate will provide critical project coordination and analytical services to ensure the program meets all government and contractual obligations.
The selected candidate will:
• Contractual Compliance: Track Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) schedules and compile the comprehensive reports required to satisfy contract requirements.
• Performance Metrics: Extract Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and build detailed case analysis reports for submittal to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
• Quality Assurance: Run periodic audits of report quality to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to program standards.
• Operational Support: Proactively assist in addressing technician supervisor concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain operational efficiency.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress against financial, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface and coordinate project objectives and schedules with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Administrative Support: Support meetings, including the distribution of agendas, compilation of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in a business or related field and 2-4 years of related experience (additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree).
• Proficiency with MS Office and M365 products, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel for data extraction and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with internal team and government representatives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex CDRL schedules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification.
• Previous experience with government contracting, specifically managing CDRLs and SLAs.
• Experience in fuel systems or similar technical program environments.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and M365 applications.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55150 - $93755

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
