Position Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Analyst to provide comprehensive management, project, helpdesk, and training support to a project team. The successful candidate will assist project managers with day-to-day program management activities while supporting the development of project reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, briefings, and other program documentation.
This position will also serve an important role in helpdesk support and training development, assisting users with questions and issues, documenting recurring challenges, developing user guidance and training materials, and supporting training delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $73,030 – $83,020. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management and administrative support to project managers and project leadership.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, tracking, and documenting project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Develop, maintain, and update project reports, spreadsheets, trackers, status reports, and management documentation.
- Prepare professional correspondence, memoranda, briefing materials, presentations, and other project-related communications.
- Support the preparation of executive-level briefings, presentations, and management updates.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize project information for use by project managers and government stakeholders.
- Maintain project files, documentation, schedules, meeting materials, and other program records.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action-item logs, and follow-up communications.
- Track project tasks and deliverables and coordinate with team members to obtain required updates and information.
- Assist project managers with identifying issues, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring management attention.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and other program materials.
- Perform research and analysis to support project planning, decision-making, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, FAQs, quick-reference guides, and other support materials for a tier 1 helpdesk.
- Communicate effectively with users of varying levels of technical expertise and provide clear, professional assistance.
- Assist with the design, development, and delivery of training programs for system users and project stakeholders.
- Support development of training materials, including instructor-led training presentations, user guides, job aids, and online learning content.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, communications, logistics, and supporting materials.
- Maintain training materials to reflect system enhancements, process changes, and evolving user requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience providing management, project, business, administrative, or program support.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with managing Sharepoint sites is a plus
- Experience developing professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience providing customer service, user support, helpdesk support, or similar assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with project managers, technical personnel, government stakeholders, and end users.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, processes, and business requirements.
